Creating moments of pause, the ritual of tea-making is a simple act of self-care. With a rich history in the East, tea ceremonies were practiced by Buddhists monks in Japan, founded upon the reverence of the beautiful rituals in daily life. A tea ceremony can represent harmony, respect, purity, and tranquillity and allows space within the day to practice gratitude and presence.

The Ritual
Add one teaspoon-full of tea per cup to a tea infuser or teapot. Pour over boiled water that has been left to cool for a few minutes. Leave to infuse for 2 minutes for a milder tea or up to 4 minutes if you prefer a stronger brew. Take a moment to yourself to enjoy the blend.
Leaves can be reused for a second brew.
